This cardiovascular training technique consists mainly in stepping onto a non-slip, height-adjustable platform (the Step) and stepping back down to the beat of the music. As with classic aerobics, this discipline uses different arm and leg sequences, which can create real choreography when combined. The height-adjustable elements allow the training platform to adapt to anyone's physical abilities.
